Concepts Developed that are based around public transportation regional train, city light rail,  bus, bikeways.  It also includes special concepts for residential housing and mixed use shopping, office, city administration offices to help save space and make us less dependent on automobile dependency.  Thes concepts also enhance the experience of living in city places that create a better pedestrian experience  and human interaction.  Though automobiles are convenient getting us where we need to go that isolate us from each other and take up space that might be used to keep us closer to each other. There was also an effort to include high speed rail in some of these concepts, but this has been put o hold for the moment.
