William has worked on different scales of residential projects with architects, town planning companies, developers and city agencies.   The designs  are developed around the needs of a city, a developer, an architectural style to fit a contextual vocabulary, scale and height to conform to an existing context and zoning requirement.  Some include some commercial retail spaces and work live units.
