Community design infill projects helping our towns to take unfulfilled properties and bring new life, opportunities to them.  Some of these projects are located in Los Banos, Burbank, Riverside in Southern California.  They are developed with the city,  town, community groups and city council members to determine what people need and would like to see during scheduled charrette working session using hands on sketching and brain storming.  The designs are developed in a very sketchy form.   A second charente is scheduled to review and determine the direction, things are developed more and after these two meetings the final proposal is drawn and presented in a booklet and finished form.
